It says that i dont have the right version of Adobe Air yet ive installed it in every way possible and reset my computer multiple times in this process and still nothing is working.

one thing I have noticed about many adobe products is that you can have multiple versions installed and even though the active version that runs is the newest a version check will show an older version.
so check your programs and features and see if there is more than one version installed0
