Btw who are the good commanders for public warbands in ESO? I never see anyone advertizing for spots in any zone, with recommeded builds for multiple levels of sp and what not. Its all rather disorganized. I guess cos you cant share builds in game or save warband setups.

But seriously if you want to be a commander, goto eveonline and command a fleet. Nothing brings played together like risking gear together, and ppl know your a good commander cos your wallet stays fat from not losing gear. If you want you can buy your fleet members ships skins & clothes too as consolation for a bad welp.
