Bug DOOMSTONE CAVERNS Crash

Hello, when reaching the final mission in the Dragonhold story line in Southern Elsweyr (the mission called The Dragongaurd), and right away when entering Doomstone keep, the game crashes and I get error CE- 34878-C on PS4. I tried reloading like over 15 times I lost count how many times I tried to reload. And now my character is stuck. I can’t get out. I can’t move forward. I can’t teleport outside. The only solution for me is start a new character which is impossible for me as I can’t think of redoing everything again after reaching Champion 620. This is a main story and I see people talking about it in the internet but I didn’t find a thread here. What Am I supposed to do now?

Fares_B✭Update: Finally managed to teleport to my home. I was lucky the game didn’t crash I had time to open the map and teleport. But I dare not to go back until I’m sure they fixed this error.0

Fares_B✭Update: For no obvious reason, and after many tries, it worked. I don’t know how but one time I entered Doomstone Caverns and it didn’t crash. I was able to finish the mission and got out. I hope this may help any player in need of this info. You might just have to try many times to advance and one time it will work without crashing. Not the ideal solution but the best we have for now. Until they fix this bug.0

Fares_B✭Im posting this in case anyone reads this later. 6 months since my first character enters Doomstone Keep. At the time it was glitched as described in earlier posts. Now, with my second character, everything went smoothly and I was able to enjoy the story to it’s fullest without any glitches.

ogtorresjr✭✭This is still not fixed, my main is stuck inside this cavern. Im on Xbox Series X. It keeps crashing while loading into the character, if i were to press the xbox button while its loading, it crashes the xbox.Edited by ogtorresjr on July 9, 2021 9:44PM0

General_Tso_419Soul ShrivenStill not fixed as of 8/8/2021. Xbox Series X. Tried both visual settings. Luckily after about 7 tries at successfully loading in, I was able to fast travel out. Pretty ridiculous this isn’t fixed especially when it’s a main quest.0
