Resource Management

This is a genuine question for ZOS.
You guys changed it so that heavy attacks no longer restore both stamina and magicka.
As a tank I rely on both heavily. I need mag for chains and survival abilities and stamina for blocking and taunting.
Then I noticed you guys were making changes to allow more hybrid builds.
I also noticed the cp skills for when enemies die to restore each. But these only trigger if you got the killing blow. As I tank I often don't.
And not every boss fight has mobs.

Where do you guys (ZOS) expect people to get the third resource from for builds that use all 3?

heavy attacks always restore only one resource.

Well they reworked Prismatic Onslaught enchant to go from doing damage to Deadra/Undead to a Tri-Restore health, magicka, and stamina next major update. I use Bloodthorn set on my pseudo tanks which restores both magicka and stamina on direct damage attacks.

Both my tanks are Argonian so....

I know the passive is not as strong as it used to be, but strong enough that if I'm smart about how I play, I never have RSS issues on either of my tanks.

Just a blind suggestion, but wait to use chains until you have found your spot to pull things. Aside for ranged adds, most respond to a soft taunt and you don't have to chain them. You can also use Pierce Armor for a stamina-based taunt, something you should be using anyway

heavy attacks always restore only one resource.

Before the cp rework. There was a cp ability that had written on it something along the lines of restores 15% extra magicking and stamina for heavy attacks. Before the rework heavies have always restored both.
Using the exact same character skills armour and everything. (I haven't changed a single thing on my end) I suddenly can't sustain in single enemy fights.

As I said in the original post I use stamina for taunts. Pierce Armor is my bread and butter. Chains is for grouping to stack enemies. I even run the version that refunds magicka if it fails to pull the enemy.

Heavy attacks have never restored both resources in my 5 and a half years playing the game. The CP would have restored more of one or the other, not both, depending on weapon type.

Is this post a necro from Alpha? Since when did they return both resources?

Only way I can see them restoring both values is an absorption glyph restoring the other resource. Never has a heavy attack restored both resources but we have ways to boost the resources restored.

    Since never.

    OP is somewhat confused.
