Monster sets: Balorgh (Damage), Bloodspawn (Defensive/ult gen)
Offensive sets: Stuhns (if you have easy access to off balance on your class), Clever Alchemist, Vateshran 2h
Defensive sets: Pariah (BiS), Armor Master (not as strong as Pariah, but you can backbar it which makes it useful), Daedric Trickery (Popular for DKs to pump out more healing and get more ulti)

These seem to be the most common. I can't live without Malacath's band. I've tried running without it, but I really noticed the difference with it not being there. I generally don't have very high crit, so it just makes sense for me anyway.
