Adventurer's Almanac 2nd edition disappeared

Could anybody please confirm for me if the Adventurer's Almanac 2nd edition is still in the game? It shows as missing in my eidetic memory list but I've been searching at Vulkhel guard, Davon's watch and Daggerfall docks (next to where the anniversary cake usually is) for the last 2 weeks and I can't find it. I found the 1st edition and the 3rd at the undaunted enclave, but this one is just not there...
