Cadwell's Almanac change - physical critical damage and block cost?

Under Cadwell's Almanac, recently a new heading has replaced silver and gold. After the moon symbol, you now read "Physical Critical Damage", and after the sun symbol "Block Cost". Nothing else has changed; you'll still see the regions and which you have completed in the silver and gold quest lines. It also is likely not a copy and paste error, as the same change was also made at least in the German localization.
Has anyone an explanation for this change? A hint of things to come?
Conspiracy theory on: Is this the indication of a stealth change even more favouring stam over mag? And is it related to the block cost bug plagueing our tanks currently? At least one of our tanks who has not completed Cadwell's gold does not suffer from the bug. Conspiracy theory off. (Just for laughs ...)

If on PC, I'd first check if it's an addon issue, with an outdated addon replacing the wrong text, or something like that.0 -

Haven't checked my alts yet.
I don't use any add-ons, BTW, so if you are then I'd try disabling all of them, as suggested above.I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!0 -
FatelessLava✭✭✭If you’re on PC and using bandits UI, sometimes parts of other headings in the character tab (pen, resistances etc) will bug out and show up in weird places. Part of the reason I stopped using it and switched to a combo of LUI, JoGroup, and Dark UI.1 -
