"Prisoner in chains" style unavailable

I am unable to use any prisoner style in any outfit. My character was above level 40 when the outfitting option was added to the game, also i have made several characters after, that all are now above level 40, which is supposed to unlock it. It has not done so. I have submitted a ticket about this several times ingame over the years and have received no responses for them nor has the style been unlocked.
This is very annoying because it prevents me from getting the "Prisoner on the loose" achievement under outfitting... This is the only one i am missing from the outfits tree in the game. Attached is a screenshot of the achievement. (also i am CP 1500 in the game, so it should be unlocked long ago.. two last pictures are proof of me being over level 40.. )

✭✭✭✭✭This may be a dumb question, but when you hit Level 40 on your first character after the Level Up rewards were added, did you get a "Ragged Style Box"?
If so, the Style pages should be in that box. They don't unlock automatically.0 -

I don't know. Some of the rewards, like the Flame Atronach Crates, you only get once.
If you don't get it, I'd maybe double check your other character's inventory? And if you don't have it, maybe you'll have more luck asking Support to give you another box?0 -

The Prisoner's Rags style has limited pieces in the chest, legs, feet, and hands category. You should only need to use the chains (hands) piece in an outfit to get the achievement.

If you have an open ticket with Support, I'd start there.
If you don't have an open ticket with Support, I'd start one. The "Ask for Help" option in game usually gets me an emailed response. The first response is always unhelpful, but if I reply, I usually get to a real person after that.
If that ticket stalls out or if you need a mod here to check on progress for you, post the ticket number here and tag a mod.j0
