Yes, we haven't gotten a new active skill line in over 50% of the game's life. Balance will always be changing and isn't an excuse to not add new skills.

Well, I have wondered why they haven't taken the whole fishing thing, the harvesting stars and something for hunting and made it into a "Surival" skill line under World, to be honest. Would make a lot more sense than them being "stars".
