I have been scammed, best to resolve it quickly because the scammer is still active.

Yes it is my own fault for being to trusty after coming back to ESO (had serious health issues), guess many scammers appeared during my leave from ESO and things have changed a lot.

Anyways, it is best to take care of said guy (for obvious reasons not gonna post here which guy it is but any PC EU player can contact me) asap because he is still fishing for people in zone chat at starting locations.
Not gonna lie, it would be nice if I also got my gold back that I sent to the scammer through ingame mailbox but priority should be to not create more victims and banning the guy asap,

I would also like to make suggestion to add to Crown Store Gifting option of C.O.D. (like mailbox has), this would wipe out almost the entire scamming problem in the game and in the end would make less work for the support which is already overworked.

    I just wanted to say big thank you to you and entire team for the help provided.
    Returning that gold was also a very nice thing to do, hopefully you folks will take the advice I provided to heart and make option of sending crown gifting with C.O.D. option in the future to prevent such things happening.

    I wonder why there is such inconsistency when dealing with such matters?

    I have no idea if my own scamming matter was resolved or not since the customer service people simply didn't respond more fully to my requests for aid.

    In my case no return of my scammed goods occured.

    Why do some people get helped and others left to just drift?
