We are currently investigating connection issues some players are having on the European megaservers. We will update as new information becomes available.

Please let us at least know how long the maintenance lasts. Could we at least have the ability to plan our time?
Is it going to take 1 hour? 6 hours? Or is it the occasional 8 hour maintenance?
The lack of communication is surprising.
I wish that the amount of server uptime would finally exceed the amount of downtime.
Any other MMO at least rewards players for unexpected maintenances with gold/items.
Any other business would be required to refund the money for services not provided.
