Could you please allow a preview dye to costume in the crown store ??

I got me tempted by the last one, and yes, i bought it.

And now i know that i will never use it. Why ? because the colors do not apply well on it. And there is a base color that can not be changed. Would have know that, i would not have spend my crown on that item for sur.

I dont blame you, i made my choice. BUT honestly, if we could visualize with other colors than the basic costumes ones, that would be nice.

You can open a ticket to refund the costume.

You can preview dye stamps in the crown store. At least, PC can. Same way you can preview costumes.

I dont want to preview the dye or the costume, i would like to preview the costume, and then be able to see if the dyes are working.

I previewed the costume. I liked it but wanted it to look differently.

And unfortunatly, i can not preview any dye from the crownstore. Not possible. So anyway i can not see the result on a costume.

It totally different for motifs, as they are anyway in the non collected section and you can still test the dye on them.

May be the visualisation of the costume could be different ? Or did i miss something about costume ?

As for a refund, i never said i was sad, mad or anger after that. I assume. I took a risk. The result is not what i expected. That"s all. But if ZoS can do something why not ask for futur items
