Hemo Helot, Benign Light Issue

I placed the achievement furnishing, Hemo Helot, Benign in my home a few days ago. Its red glow mixed so nicely with the blue candles nearby and made this purple eerie light.
The red glow of the item is now gone. My graphics settings have not changed, my game settings have not changed, and no, I have not toggled the item to its secondary mode.

Evarelia✭✭✭I play on PC, NA and only recently noticed the change. But when a guildie saw me mention it, they said it's been happening to them on and off.0

Fyrsa✭Necro, I know, but It's been over a year and a half with this as an issue.
I'll still enter my house to find that it no longer lights up an area it did before.
Can we get a dev confirmation that this is intended behaviour?
And if so, could a version with consistent lighting be added to the game?
