Imperial city - unable to go to districts or back to base

When I try to go up to the City from the base, it interrupts me and sends back from the loading screen with the "Already in the Campaign" message. Had to try 8 times once to just go up. Getting the same message when trying to go back to the base from the district res point.
Happens on every character, every alliance.

@ZOS_GinaBruno please look into this, guys

I get that bug too. It usually goes away after around 10-15 seconds and I can finally enter a district. Pretty annoying.

I experienced this during the last event..but only when trying to go up from the base.

You are VERY lucky then. For me, it usually takes 1-3 minutes.

Most of us get that bug, especially when it is busy. I think they should maybe be a bit more creative with the error message, something like

Your arms are too weary to get up that ladder, rest a few minutes.
Your back is too sore to lift that door take a breather
We're sorry this exit is stuck give maintenance a few minutes to get it working
You are going to have to round up a bit more help if you think you are using this ladder.

That we have already queued for the campaign makes absolutely no sense to me, I see red and just keep trying till it lets me get where I want to go, which is usually a few minutes of aggravation.
