Vateshran Hollow now always on vet?

Been trying to do Vateshran Hollow for the last 6 months on normal, but no luck getting past that bull Rahdgarak. Spawned in tonight for another go, and it all reset back to the start! Not only that, I now realise it set on vet. I’m getting murdered… why is it now only on vet setting with no option for normal?!? I’ve tried abandoning the quest and respawning in after 15 minutes no option to pick up a quest or anything. Nothing works. What do I do to get in on the ‘normal’ level us mere mortals still struggle to complete?!?

✭✭✭✭✭This is kind of a 'did you try turning it off and on again', so apologies if it's obvious, but just in case, did you check under ''P'' to see if it was accidentally set to veteran mode?0 -
mazeikeen✭✭✭As the person above me said, make sure you set your dungeon difficulty to normal instead of veteran in the group menu. Arenas (or any other instanced area) cannot be set while inside the instance or by picking up the quests.XBOX-NA / PC-NA
