How many people would like to explore Tamriels oceans with player owned ships.

I would love to be a pirate in ESO sailing in a player owned with either other players or companions as crew members fight sea monsters, sea dragons, sea serpents and other water based monsters and flying based monsters what do people think about that any ideas.
