Can someone at Zos explain to me why I never have issues after a patch when I play my game through steam, but my wife ALWAYS has timeout issues after a patch with a vanilla PC version of ESI (not steam) - this always happens after a patch. She has fixed IP address, port forwarding, all the guidelines followed, yet this horrible glitch happens every time. Please help ZOS.
