I'm really happy about these sets. It's nice to have a way to show off our tats now that we get so many in the crates, and Sai's Jack was starting to get old. Love the chains on the arms in the light version.

tbh this is one of the few shoulders that you actually see are connected to the arms and body using belts.
Granted i stoped thinking about that stuff, even in the anime it happens a lot, And eso has magic so it's possible shoulders and other armor pieces are just build with a magical material that connects to the body
