Streamer falling in slow motion in cyrodiil

I was watching a PC NA streamer in grayhost cyrodiil when his group jumped off a keep wall and fell in slow motion. The slow-motion bug or slow bug is commonly experienced in cyrodiil during prime time.

What in the hell is that bloated UI.

Also, never seen this slow falling thing before but it looks pretty laggy, so perhaps something to do with that.

Slow bug happens during times of high population/lag and it usually affects everyone in a large area and sometimes the entire zone experiences it, even people without addons experience it.

I think it's one of the pvp addons for the stuff on the right and then the buff stuff down below is well, lots of buff stuff going off and god knows for some of the other stuff but the tons of stuff on the right I am pretty sure is the pvp addon.
