CHat does Not show Guild

I recently joined a Guild. I received a Welcome message from the Guild leader on the Guild Chat. When I went to reply, there is No listing available for Guild or Guild Officer.

Anyone have any idea why the Guild does not show in my Chat?

Two options to check.
1. If you click on the gear, you can make sure that guild chat is enabled in that chat box.
2. If you check the rank permissions in your guild, you can make sure that your rank can talk in guild chat.
