I mean, they allow you to swap gold and crowns, I'm not sure if this is all too much different.

ZOS allows players to trade in-game items, which includes both gold and crown store gifts.
ZOS does not allow players to make real money off of selling anything in ESO.
When you ask support, it might be well worth clarifying what currency you intend to sell the user ID for.

It is very standard with MMOs that we do not own our games which means we do not own our game id as they are connected. As such we cannot sell or even trade these without running afoul of the the terms for playing the game.
If discovered it would most likely end up with a ban on whoever purchased the id and game. This also means that this thread had alerted the power to be to look for such activity.
Way to much of a chance for something like that to go badly. In fact, if I was part of the ZOS fraud prevention team, I would flag your account to be monitored, just for asking.
Not to mention, an account that is 1 day old looking to sell a user id for crowns. Are you even trying?
