Combat Changes preview?

I'm sorry, I looked around in various places but I couldn't find the combat preview changes I've seen people talk about? I checked the patch notes, the PTS, the news and their twitch? Is it on their twitter or more hidden?
If someone has a link or could point me in the right direction that'd be awesome!

    As one of the class reps teased we're having no idea how good it will be for ice so it's at least gives hope lol.

    frost staff shouldn't be good for both dps and tanking so they really need to pick a focus and stick to it

    I think the community let out a collective sigh when we discovered the warden frost skill line was for tanking. It's like taking something with so much potential for fun and build diversity then flushing it down the toilet. SHAME.
    It sounds like they are finally starting to see that with Frostbite and now hints at a surprise for frost users.

    Tanking DOES need some diversity too, but I don't think frost is the answer. Necromancer has a few skills that do frost damage but? Yeah

    Making it a tank tool was smart. Making it EXCLUSIVELY a tank tool was dumb. But really, with morphs, there's no reason they can't expand it beyond tanking. They just need to make morphs more drastic.

    I maintain that there should be resto staves for healers, destro staves (fire, ice, shock) for dps, and a third kind of staff for tanks devoted to tanking the same way resto staves are devoted to healing.

    Agree wholeheartedly, or even just a tanking magicka weapon of some kind. Doesn't have to be a staff

    Yeah totally
    We could even get choice of alteration dor buff/debuff stuff and illision for fear, aggro and other stuff like that

    A call for an stone staff then. Fire, ice , lighting , healing(water) and now earth(stone).
