Stone Cold Quest in Greenshade Bugged

This quest is completely bugged. You may get lucky and be able to close one or two holes, but frequently what happens is no option appears to collapse a hole. It seems to be that when more than one player are doing this quest, if they collapse a hole, it becomes unavailable for another player. I've tried relogging and abandoning the quest, but it always is bugged. The ONLY time I've been able to complete this quest is when there are no other players doing it!!

✭✭✭✭✭So I submitted an in-game report on this quest. The first was an auto response 'if you have problems with a quest, try this that and the other'. Which clearly did not help and I even posted that I had tried all those things in my original report anyway. So I replied to the message... I get yet ANOTHER auto response asking me to detail the problem- which I DID in the original report!! [snip]
