First off, i was very eager to play this game since more than a year ago, i did love the beta and had no really big problems then. (still trying to love ESO)

I would like to ask to anyone who does not agree with this kind of feedback to stay away from the discussion since, im not trying to mock around or *** anyone off, but is in fact a report of actual issues that makes impossible for me to enjoy the game right now.

Despite all the reports that already exist and the tickets that i have submitted, i want to report the awful FPS and the tilting and screen freezing that i am experiencing during playtime almost every minute and worst after the last patch on April 20.

I know due to some statements here in this forum that devs, are aware of this issue
so i'll leave it as that.

I have lowered my video settings to the lowest possible and with no results at all.
I have a high end pc, not the most powerful machine but a very decent one and run the most demanding games with no issues at all, including mmos. and Skirim HD textures pack included and so on.

Don't want to provide to much detail with the latency issues, but Cyrodiil is impossible sometimes and the random disconnections make it a really frustrating experience, more in the weekends and the times when there is the highest server load.

• Textures don't load fast, so i get caught inside walls and fall from the floor to the oblivion.
  
• NPCs occasionally take several minutes to appear even though i know they are there because of the collision detection.
  
• Mobs attacking me when i am not able to see them until I'm dead.
  
• Skills that not trigger but seconds later or never.
  
• Action bar getting blocked until i hit alt.
  
• The character stuck in some kind of slow motion movement while i am in fights so i got killed for this. (not walk/run toggling key)
  
• The fps issues are worst when i am riding the horse.

One of the most fatal issues is regarding quests, when several times i lost track of the NPC he simply is not there, tried to start the quest and nothing, or a have to burn siege weapons for a quest after distracting some mobs but hitting on the E key that say burn siege weapon does not trigger the function, and the same when i try to talk to npcs or turn in a quest, the buttons do not respond at all.

All of this problems, i have experienced this week and before so it is still happening and you should be aware that there is still a lot of things to solve.

not to mention bots matter since i know there is a lot of reports about it but it break the game for me as well.

I'm not a very patient person even though i tried to pass on the problems, I avoid sending more tickets that get solved before they have been addressed to get what seems like canned answers provided from bots. (I don't want to waste time)

I write here so that maybe devs or someone in charge can see it, saying that i have the best hopes for game but by now i canceled my sub and don't feel a bit eager to login with the 10+ days i have, just to find more and more of those issues that for me, destroys the experience i had like 30% of the time playing ESO.

I hope things get fixed so i can get back to play the game as it meant to but for now i simply can't.
