first mmo that gets MORE buggy as time moves on

im playing with my third character through the first open zone - with every playthrough the quests and zones are becomming more and more and more buggy -as of now i have to relogg with about every 4th quest cause i cant progress/quests dont work...currently there is even a quest that doesnt work despite relog. How is it possible that this game becomes more buggy as time moves on instead of less? And looking through the internet it seems im not the only one having this problem....??? Shouldnt patches make the game LESS buggy?

I keep hoping everytime the server goes down, they are going to fix the bugs but it gets worse. such a good game = such a shame0
