After death crash??

I've been playing on the PC Eu server for six months now and this bug has been present the entire time. I thought it was fixed as it stopped happening but in the last few weeks it has since returned. Tonight it happened 6/7 times in the space of a few hours.
It mostly happens after you die and hit respawn, sometimes it happens a few seconds after respawning, and more rarely happens completely randomly.
Basically, when it happens your character disappears, the game freezes but the camera can still be turned, eventually, the game will crash but not always. I've been force-quitting the game and relaunching when it happens.
It's incredibly annoying, please fix this.

These after death crashes could be a result of missing or corrupted game files. Please try the troubleshooting below if you haven't done so yet.
