ESO Launcher Not Connecting - Cannot Download Patch Manifest?

Is it July 8 or July 7.

ESO Launcher is taking a very long time to connect and display the usual events and images to the right within the launcher.

Server down?

Message I get in the pop-up: Error 210 - PatchManifestError_DownloadFail

When I select UPDATE, the launcher just hangs and another Error 210 pop-up.

I also cannot submit an official ticket because Game Consultant cannot run, either.

Will post updates if anything changes....

    I'm having the exact same issue. Ran a repair and it still is giving the PatchManifestError_downloadfail

    ZOS_Chiroptera helped. On that page referenced, I deleted a folder within the PROGRAMDATA folder. I did NOT delete the JSON file. Just the folder that is dated today which is something like HOST.17xxxxee5644544544545502cfxxxx, etc.

    Delete it.

    Then restart the launcher. See if that works. I also got an update 7.07 notification.

    Was there an update today? This seems to happen after "auto" updates.
