Starting Friday night after I log in, the game just gets stuck on the loading screen and never loads the character selection screen. Given I had played just that morning and nothing new was added to my computer since I played that morning, there should be no programs interfering or anything keeping me from being able to load the character page. I have been through 2 emails and countless so-called "fixes" which appear more to be time wastes for me than actual fixes, just to give them more time until they fix the real issue. I did the selective start-up and went through multiple full re-installs, and still nothing. It always gets stuck on the loading screen before the character selection screen.

A list of the fix attempts with no success(that I can remember):
*Make sure drivers are up-to-date, check.
*Turn firewall off, check. I also added ESO to the accepted programs list.
*uninstall flash player and the game (deleting all game files). Then re-install flash and restart PC then re-install the game, check.
*Run a selective start-up without any of the programs loading in, check.
*Completely uninstall the game, removing all game files including the hidden ones, then re-install, make sure it goes through all updates, then run repair, check.

I am currently awaiting another email from them on this. I know I am not the only one with this issue, but their haven't been any new posts about it recently that I could find. If anyone has figured out the problem, please let me know, I really do not want to cancel my subscription, but I will if I can't play before my 30 days are up, which is soon.
