I see there a new cheat being in IC

there is a gap close cheat group running around IC when using this your ultimate will not fire on them

Normally I wouldn't post on here about such things but Zos doesn't do anyting about these kinds of people,
so its better to alert people to stay away rather than wait for zos to never do anything about it.

I have confirmed this by sneaking up behind the individuals , targeting with tab , and skill will not fire on this group.
It works just fine on everyone else.

your best bet is to get some video footage of it happening in game with the offender's names and submit a report.

Cheating in IC has been going on for awhile now, there has been times I've tried to use my dawn breaker on people and it wouldn't go off. Also the same people would new tanks as hell, then turn around and within 3 moves your dead, mind you I run with 35k resist and 2800 critical resist. But whom am I to say they are cheating or macro kings, I farm telvar

I can concur that my ultimates that close gaps and the WW pounce don't work in IC. I use take flight and WW a lot and they are now completely useless in IC. Fine in Cyrodiil though.

Gap closers are always broken in this event. Apparently ZOS uses the same exact code as last MYM event and pasted into the game 🤣
I mean, why would the exact same bug would be out there?

I just chalk up anything odd to something else zos broke. Almost impossible to tell who's actually cheating vs yet another thing they messed up.

My 2 hander gap closer would not fire, then I removed the skill and put it back on and it began working again. I learned this technique last patch when the 5th bonus failed and you had to cycle the gear off/on.
