I purchased a character change token a few minutes ago. I selected my character and made the changes to her that I wanted. I clicked the save button. Logged out and then relogged. My characters appearance did not save as I set her up. She looks nothing like I selected and saved. I changed her to a darker fur with white patches and stripes. I filed a bug report in the game and the issue number is 210705+005206.

Can someone fix this for me or refund my 1000 crowns I spent to purchase the appearance change token?

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated..
