Magicka Controller Not Working

Magicka Controller passive skill from Mage Guild skill line is not working properly. My maximum magicka does not change regardless of how many mage guild abilities I have in my skill bar. Relogging does not seem to be working either.

Yes, it applies to the other bar. The problem is exactly as described there, but that post was written a year ago. It still hasnt been fixed?0 -

Either it was never fixed or it was fixed and got reverted, like several major bugs have done.
And that thread contains a link to another thread on the same issue going back another year or more before that. It’s been around a very long time, in terms of ESO’s lifespan.
