People who bail after 1st boss are not farming gear. They bail because the group doesn't meet their expectations. Alot of tanks only do couple of trash pulls or 1st boss and bail if group dps is low. No one wants to spend an hour(s) in dungeon. Healers also often bail if dps is low or tank is fake. Dps rarely bails because they have the longest queues, but if the group is bad and it's clear after 1st boss that its gonna be too tedious then even they leave.
And regarding penalties, its fine how it's now. Why should I get 1hour penalty for leaving vet dlc dungeon when group dps is 10-15k? (I'm tank), or (I'm dps) and we have fake or bad tank and group refuses to kick him?

Mount account wide access would be great!! 😊 Though, since they do have mount boosts for the impatient in the crown store, I doubt they will. 😐
On the forum thingy, it is probably to weed out the trolls somewhat xD
In ZOS’ defense !!
I think ZoS is very friendly towards new players
•When you make an account you get free crowns
•As you level up you gain free useful items, including a mount, a storage trunk, pets, costumes, etc....
•They have the dailies just for logging in. They give basic things that will most certainly help a newer player.
• Free room to furnish in-game
• Also, the endeavors ( look at those more for the transmutation crystals, gold, and experience when available )
