Actually you can.
In CP there is this cp that works like VD.
And even in no CP pure stats are pretty strong. Instead ofnkilling the weak players with your skills and the strong with the VD proc, you kill both with your proxy+tether. And pure stat bombs is the onky way to bomb good ballgroups solo.
