[Xbox Series X] Trying to equip costume on companion shows error UI

I can’t choose which costumes to equip my companion. When I open the Collectables-Appearance-Costumes tab for my companion and press the 'A' button the UI error screen (below) comes up. However if I press the 'A' button again I can equip the first costume on my list (although still without seeing the list). No matter what I try I cannot access or see any other costume. If i press the 'A' button again the costume is removed.

This seems to be a similar issue as Uberkull reported with you on June 16, 2021 12:55AM. I have checked via the xbox updater and it says that I am using the latest version/patch, with no updates outstanding.

Apart from this everything is running well.

Can you please help?
