Please fix the Blackreach Zone for Erroneous Combat-flagging

I'm tired of the constant Task-bar flash every time I am erroneously pulled into "Combat" for 1 second, due to some aggro distance bug that only appears to be occurring in the Blackreach zone.
I don't need to be told "You cannot log out while in combat" when I'm NOT in combat, and I don't need my taskbar flashing to remind me that this bug has occurred every <x> seconds while I am alt-tabbed out to read something.
This happens far too frequently in Blackreach, and it's a constant irritation.
Take the 10 minutes of Dev time needed to figure out why we are being erroneously pulled into shadow-combat, and fix this please.

✭Yeah - it also boots you from mail / menu - so I always have to prepare to be fast, or attach items 2 separate times before I can send, swap gear, etc.
I really hoped this would have been fixed during the 2 weeks between PC & console Stonethorn release...

✭✭Yeah, this is an annoying bug. It has even prevented em from logging out before. I think it may have something to do with when a Harrowstorm spawns in but idk why it would pull you into combat when you aren't anywhere near one.1 -
