Game freezes every 10 seconds or sooner on PlayStation

Shay the title says, freezes for 1-6 seconds every few seconds. This is happening to everyone, every guild chat, zone chat, etc is talking about it.

    Trials were unplayable last night. Game on ps4 becoming virtually unplayable. Never seen it so bad.
