    It is still there @Starlight_Whisper it just sometimes plays hide and seek but through collectibles it always work.

    Also, you can choose inside or outside xD

    What's the house called? I was actually trying to get it or see if it was still buggy for me.

    It's called Pilgrim's Rest and is inside the Kaladas Inn in Leyawiin.

    The room can be obtained for free by completing the quest "Room to Spare" with any new character that has not previously completed the quest. It can also be purchased outright for 3000 gold.

    I think the lady standing by the inn is a daedra! She is in so many cities at once!
