Did Harrowstorms get nerfed when Blackwood dropped?

Used to be at harrowstorms you had to worry about the blue souls getting to the witch pikes as they would cause the pike to regen health .. since blackwood dropped, the blue souls don't seem to do anything except just hang out in place ...
They did do something with the HS with blackwood because now you can see which one is up on the map and they always spawn in a clockwise rotation ... before they could spawn randomly at any of the locations ..

I think it's a bug. Yes, they did add the trackers though.

The souls do seem to be bugged but I’ve also noticed people have gotten a lot better at doing harrowstorms… no more going to a harrowstorm and there are 15 people attacking the adds!

It's a bug. The souls don't do anything anymore... which does make it easier since you don't often have to deal with the shrikes. Sometimes there'll be one champion up, but that's it and no more spawn.

Does mean the "Harrowstorm Champion Destroyer" achievement is unobtainable... or it should, but I did end up getting it this morning even though there was only one champion there. I wonder if it did still spawn and then despawn champions as it was up and I just got there really late - WSkyrim has been pretty empty lately.

But on the other hand, the "Harrowstorm Soul Slayer" achievement has never been easier to get, even if you're soloing it.

It’s one of those rare bugs that works in our favor as the souls would often get ignored by many causing the pikes to heal so the fact they spawn often stationary is not something I’ll fret over. I honestly didn’t notice the indicator showing the active Harrowstorm until this post mentioned it so that’s cool, the map on consoles doesn’t zoom in much.

Yeah I run HS all the time .. its a "daily" for me .. used to have the big wolf or atronauch there to battle .. rarely ever see them anymore .. once the new motif started dropping from them they became VERY popular .. rarely are there only two or three people ..
