PS4 can't precision edit in menu

Is anyone else having trouble holding down square in the retrieve menu to precision edit?

✭✭✭✭✭Sorry, I read this late at night when not online and then forget to check the next day.
I was able to use the precision editor to move an object, but did not use it the way you described. I believe I used triangle for an object that was already placed.
I use retrieve and then place manually first, then use precision editor to fine tune if need be.
Now that I reread your post I will have to go back and see if what you describe is an option for me.

I never knew this was an option. The only time I ever use the Retrieve tab is when I want to edit something that I have shoved into an area that my cursor cannot reach.

It's new to the update. It's supposed to allow you to precison edit stuff your curser can't click like embedded items. That way you don't have to redo them entirely to make minor adjustments.Edited by spartaxoxo on June 19, 2021 8:25PM2 -
