Stampede doesn't work in imperial city
So basically i cant use stampede in imperial city, and probably other pvp locations but can everywhere else

Yes. Happens when spawning in safe area. You can fix it by using a door/ladder/whatever then switching to different skills and back (AlphaGear or other skillchanging addons help with this if you are on PC).That annoying dude on PC-EU.0 -
