mail not working, sprint stopped working

I am not getting any mail to come in after buying it, not getting the mail with transmute crystals either after doing stuff like daily dungeons, and earlier I could not sprint while I was in a battleground. Is something happening to xbox right now??

Are you experiencing these issues on more then one character?
