mail not working, sprint stopped working

I am not getting any mail to come in after buying it, not getting the mail with transmute crystals either after doing stuff like daily dungeons, and earlier I could not sprint while I was in a battleground. Is something happening to xbox right now??

Are you experiencing these issues on more then one character?

Have you tried logging out, waiting for 15 minutes, then logging back in to help with these issues?

I'm no longer experiencing it. I tried relogging, and restarting my game, but that didn't work. I had to restart my entire Xbox, and then it worked.
