I had an interesting bug today while using Bastian and performing a daily endeavor.

I dismissed Bastian prior to visiting a Thieves Refuge, entered the refuge, visited a Fence, and laundered some items from my inventory.

I immediately lost 1 point of rapport with Bastian even though he was not active (I have a mod that puts rapport stats into chat.)

I tried to recreate this bug but could not. Has anyone else seen this behavior?

I pilfered the items previously when he was *not* active and did not notice the rapport loss.

I chalk it up to lag after dismissing him but was not sure.
