The cutscene where Mannimarco sacrifices you has been updated. You can see the NPCs have new armour, and Mannimarco doesn't use the Mannimarco costume anymore. I assume they are all using the Worm Cult motif.
Although, I'm not sure if this new or has been like this pre-Blackwood.
