Rockgrove "What is this Filth?" bugged

What is this Filth?
Use all 4 cleansing pools simultaneously to remove the Sludge debuff from 4 different infected party members, then defeat Oaxiltso in Veteran Rockgrove.

So yesterday we tried for this achievement. Took some coordination, but we kinda though we did it, but received no achievement nonetheless.

When looking at the replay can see such events:
Sixth Elephant - 5:32 cleanses
Dedandras-K - 5:32 cleanses
Sulesa Windheart - 5:32 cleanses
Mauhul Gro-Shatul - 5:33 cleanses

So my question is, is this achievement bugged?
Do we need to get in the pools within less then a second from each other? Which, considering the basic ping, can be almost impossible.

I know that a lot of ppl are complaining about not receiving speed run achievement as well, but at least I can see that some have it done, while there are no known runs about doing this normal type achievement.

We had the same problem in one of our tries:

Can't post the log until i get the ok from my guildies, which is unlikely. Also no names until then

So it looks like ESO thinks two seconds are apparently too far apart if it's not accounting for milliseconds. Or... it's bugged.

1.2 seconds between first and last clense in our, while you had 2.1 seconds
It really needs a definition on what is meant by simultaneously...

So me and my group got it down to a difference of 465 ms, this is a super low difference already and I don't think that getting it lower is reliably possible.
@ZOS_GinaBruno could you check with the team to see if this is intended?

Same, attempted 3 times now. First two times were within 1 second, third time was 411ms difference, still no achievement.

Hey Folks, this is working correctly but we can look at refining the wording to make it a bit more clear. You need to always do the mechanic when possible in the proscribed manner in order to get the achievement, not just once.

Just for further clarification, can you share the time window for what counts as "simultaneous" in this context?

Thank you for the explanation. And yes, rewording would be helpful. Also changing "simultaneously" to like "within 2 seconds" or whatever is the counter, would be nice.
