What are the conditions whether we receive email replies after submitting in-game support tickets?

Sometimes I received email replies after submitting tickets with the in-game "Help" / "Customer Support" function, sometimes I received no reply at all...

I've never changed any email settings.

Would anyone knows how whether there are any "mechanics" or conditions determining whether there will be email replies? Thanks.
No improvement on Cyrodill servers -> no ESO plus renewal.

    What category are you submitting it under?

    "Ask for Help" usually nets me an email I can reply to. Regular feedback or bug reports does not.

    Feedback or bug reports will not get reply.

    When Ive needed support (only few times long ago) I've opened a support ticket via https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/ and got my woes sorted out fine. If you get an unhelpful canned bot reply, reply back and restate your problem and a real person will attend it.

    Thanks for all the replies.
    Most of my tickets were about bug reports, that could be the reason why I received no replies.
    No improvement on Cyrodill servers -> no ESO plus renewal.
