"Heartland conqueror" set bug - wrong infused trait scaling

Heartland conqueror - Increase the effectiveness of your Weapon Traits by 100%. This does not effect Ornate or Intricate traits.
Example:
Any gold 2hand weapon infused (without Heartland set) = +30% effect, -50% cooldown
Any gold 2hand weapon infused (with Heartland set) = +60% effect, -50% cooldown
There should be obviously -100% cooldown reduction. If no, then please rewrite description of the set bonus. You state that only Ornate and Intricate aren't affected.

Well anyway, description of this Heartland conqueror set needs to be changed, is incorrect. When it's doubling, then it should really double everything what's not excluded in description.0
