Yes, in addition my toon is Khajiit with all medium armor, CP points maxed for stealth, plus with her gear set she can walk right past any enemies without being seen by enemies unless she steps directly on front of their faces.

However I am unable to enter sneak at the entrance with nothing around for a great distance.

There were a few places where I could get the eye to close, but it was usually after I was forced to battle and clear the area.

There is something odd about stealth even in Leyawiin.

If you open a door to a building while in stealth, of course you are detected for a few seconds, but even if you just wait there to regain stealth, the eye closes almost all the way but you do not hear the “whoosh” for entering stealth and your character does not get shadowed. You also often do not see the word “Hidden” either.

This seems to happen if there is an NPC near the entrance.

If I move away from that NPC, then I hear the “swoosh” and see the word “Hidden” and my character becomes shadowed.
