Ebonheart Chateau Boundary Bug; Interior v. Exterior Mis-match

There's a missing boundary on the NW East corner on the wall in Ebonheart Chateau's courtyard that allows players to fall behind the wall facing the mountain. The only way out is to use Return to Entrance. This is probably not intended.

I understand this house is a copy-and-paste of other dark elf manors like the main building in Ebonheart, Stonefalls. There are confusing aspects about the interior as compared to the exterior for all such buildings, and an oddity specific to Chateau.

Outside, we can see that these two smaller towers flank the building, but on the landings that would seem adjacent to the towers we see windows with light on the uppers and solid walls on the lowers. See edit below.

It would stand to reason that there should be a door somewhere.

Above the front entrances, we see a curved roof, three taller windows, and three smaller windows. However, inside we see the underside of the roof and three small windows. Where did those taller windows go? A similar thing is seen with the smaller windows along the second story of the NW and SE wings - there's a curved roof inside and no windows.

Then there's the throne area. In the open area of Ebonheart, these three windows make sense. But the rear of Chateau seems to be built right into the mountain. Where is the light coming from?

Solutions?
  • At the very least, that NW East corner on the wall needs a boundary.
  • As for the windowed towers that flank the main manor building, the easy 'immersion' solution is to introduce some cosmetic locked doors on the lower landings. I would love to access those rooms to put the property space on par with other 12k crown notables, though. See edit below.
  • I'm unsure what's possible to match the outside second story windows to the inside. Maybe lift the ceiling inside 1-2 meters and insert windows?
  • Lastly, the windows in the throne room. Skylights? Dig the back of the building out of the mountain?
In a "dream revision" I'd like the western wall-tops accessible with a door in each of the two large towers that bring you up there for a great view of the courtyard and the land outside of the walls to feel less cramped. In the northeast corner of the courtyard where the wall breaks, I'd like a walkway between the corner tower and the one on the other side of the gap that would overlook the lava river (and I think Senie?); similarly a walkway/overlook between the huge tower to the south and that corner wall tower. Both corner wall towers would need corridors through them to connect everything.

I would replace that back NW East corner with mountain entirely (Seriously, what is that dead end area for? It has a huge archway leading to a dead end. It's strange. A secret hatch back there to the room in the basement would be pretty cool.)

In the end, I think I have a little bit of buyer's remorse. I'm a relatively new player and this is my first non-inn home. Ebonheart Chateau is a little underwhelming compared to other similarly priced homes in its current state, but I chose it for its aesthetic and my connection to Stonefalls and Deshaan having played an EP character since starting ESO. However, I do think it's fixable and it has more potential.

Edit: I've been looking at it some more, and I think the glass-front flanking towers are the stairwells? Which, alright ... where are those windows inside? Maybe they're an aesthetic face to show wealth/status, but then they shouldn't be lit from inside. There is actually a window outside each tower that matches those windows in the stairways, but they're on the backside of the towers. If those could be moved to the correct place that'd go a long way.
