guild trader locations

do most or all guild trader locations have a wayshrine near by? I made another thread about finding a guild trader then looking it up online then alt tab back in to look at the map to try to match it up on the game map. i found this addon Circonians WaypointIt and it kind of lists wayshrines that can be clicked to let you know where to go.

can i assume all guild traders have a wayshrine next to it within a a bit of the town or area?

Traders can be inside Outlaw's Refuges, which wouldn't be near a wayshrine.

Some zones stretch the definition of "near" a bit -- for instance Wrothgar's traders are ALL a hike away from any wayshrine, though you can use a wayshrine then travel to it. Wrothgar is a mess in that respect.

Newer zones abandoned the idea of '5 traders in cities, then 2 or so randomly floating in the wilderness'. Fortunately.

So the newer zones generally have all the traders in one spot right close to a wayshrine (except the ones in Outlaw Refuges).

Aside from the ones in outlaws refuges I'd say yes, but it does depend a bit on your definition of near by. For example in Shornhelm the wayshrine and the traders are on opposite sides of the city so it takes a minute or so on a mount to get there. It's not a long way but it's not as close as, say Alinor where they're right next to the wayshrine.

Faster Travel addon gives you a new tab on the map screen and has numbers (to indicate how many) next to the wayshrines that have guild traders nearby. It’s very helpful.
